These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Pattaya Private Transfer (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of the Service

Pattaya Private Transfer provides private transfer services between Bangkok city, Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Don Mueang Airport (DMK), and Pattaya.

All bookings made through the website are booking requests, not instant or guaranteed bookings. A booking is considered confirmed only after availability has been verified and confirmation has been sent to you via your chosen contact method.

2. Booking Requests & Confirmation

  • Submitting the booking form does not automatically create a binding contract.
  • After receiving your request, we will review the details and confirm availability.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email, phone, LINE, or WhatsApp.
  • Only confirmed bookings are considered valid.

3. Pricing

  • All prices shown on the website are fixed and all-inclusive.
  • Prices include applicable toll fees and do not change based on traffic conditions, time of day, or delays.
  • The final price will be confirmed before the trip begins.
  • There are no hidden fees or surge pricing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is made in cash (Thai Baht) directly to the driver after the trip is completed.
  • No advance payment is required to submit a booking request.
  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount available at the end of the trip.

5. Cancellation & Changes

  • Bookings may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Changes or cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible via phone, LINE, or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup may be subject to charges or may not be accepted, depending on driver availability.

6. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

  • For airport pickups, flight arrival times are monitored where possible.
  • If a flight is delayed, pickup times will be adjusted accordingly at no additional charge.
  • Reasonable waiting time is included.
  • If significant delays are expected (e.g. extended immigration or baggage delays), customers are encouraged to contact us to coordinate.

7. Pickup & Meeting Point

  • For airport pickups, the driver will meet the customer in the arrival hall with a sign showing the customer’s name.
  • Driver contact details and meeting instructions will be provided during booking confirmation.
  • If the customer cannot locate the driver, they should contact us immediately using the provided contact details.

8. Vehicle Selection & Luggage

  • Vehicle selection is made during the booking process.
  • Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle type and is displayed during vehicle selection.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable vehicle for their group and luggage.
  • Oversized or unusual luggage must be declared during booking to ensure proper vehicle assignment.

9. Child Seats

  • Child seats are available upon request.
  • Requests for child seats must be indicated during booking or confirmation.
  • Availability is not guaranteed and depends on advance notice and vehicle type.

10. Private Transfer Service

  • All transfers are private, meaning vehicles are assigned exclusively to the booking and are not shared with other passengers.
  • Vehicles and drivers are assigned based on availability.

11. Liability & Service Limitations

  • We aim to provide timely and reliable service; however, delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.
  • We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or appointments resulting from unforeseen delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking in cases of:

  • incorrect or misleading booking information
  • safety concerns
  • abusive or inappropriate behavior
  • circumstances beyond reasonable control

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our services should be resolved amicably where possible.
